Production Process & Shipping
Most of our t-shirts, sweaters, hoodies and caps are made in USA. They are usually printed after you place an order, so kindly allow between 3 to 7 business days for production before they are shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Only defective or damaged items are eligible for return or exchange. Ordering the incorrect size is not considered for a return/exchange (please visit the size guide section of our website for more help with selecting the appropriate size). Items sold during SALES are not eligible for Returns/Exchange.
If you receive a damaged product, kindly email us with pictures of the defect to colourfro@gmail.com / myfamily@colourfro.com. A return label will then be emailed to you which you can print and use to send item back to us. Once received, we will begin the process of making a replacement to ship to you. Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
