Most of our items are produced using a print-on-demand service. This means:

If a product is not made-to-order, the item page will clearly state the estimated processing and shipping timeframe.
2. Shipping Locations
We ship from the United States to both the U.S. and worldwide.
3. Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on destination.
Once production is complete and your order is shipped:

United States: 5–10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and product type.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
5. Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Colourfro purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

We only accept returns or issue refunds if:
